Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and plate desserts according to established recipes and standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service
- Assist with inventory and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pastry cook is required
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and able to work collaboratively with others
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
