The Role: Server
We’re on the lookout for upbeat, guest-obsessed Servers who can bring great food and next-level energy to the table. If you love fast-paced environments and turning casual meals into memorable moments—this is your jam.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a smile and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service
- Guide guests through our menu, make recommendations, and upsell with ease
- Take and enter orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Serve drinks and dishes that make guests say “wow”
- Check in, refill, clear, and repeat—keeping the experience smooth and satisfying
- Assist with bussing, table setup, and maintaining a clean dining area
- Process payments swiftly and accurately
- Be a team player and support your fellow Mundo crew members
- Exceed guest expectations every time with attention, personality, and pace
What You Bring
- 18+ with experience in hospitality or a strong guest-service mindset
- Alcohol Safety Certification (or willing to get certified)
- High energy, positive attitude, and great multitasking skills
- Confidence with a POS system and basic money-handling
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Ability to think fast, move faster, and keep the vibe high
- Reliability, teamwork, and the hustle to thrive when it’s busy
Compensation
$2.13/hour + tips (Your smile and service make the difference)
