Wahoo’s Fish Tacos is bringing live music, great food, and unforgettable energy together with our new live music and special event series — and we’re looking for experienced Servers to help create an incredible guest experience.
We’re hiring part-time Servers to join our special events team and rotate into Wednesday and Thursday evening shifts, plus select live events and weekends throughout the year. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere, and has experience providing polished, traditional table service.

What You’ll Do:
- Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional table service throughout live events and dinner service.
- Guide guests through our food and beverage menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Take orders accurately and ensure food and drinks are delivered efficiently.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
- Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, cashiers, and event teams to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain clean, organized dining and event spaces throughout service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant, live music venue, or event environment.
- Strong hospitality instincts and a genuine passion for guest service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A polished, professional appearance and team-first attitude.
- Availability for Wednesday and Thursday evenings, plus occasional weekends and special events.
