A Shift Managers main responsibility is assisting in leading the crew in providing a memorable experience to our guest. The position reports directly to the store General Manager. The shift Manager has the responsibility of being the Manager in Charge (MIC) when the General and the Assistant Manager are not present. The Shift Manager must lead by example in all areas of the business.
