Position Summary
The Team Member is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while supporting daily restaurant operations including food preparation, cleaning, stocking, and cashier responsibilities. Team Members help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented environment that reflects Willy’s culture and brand standards.

Essential Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet every guest with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
- Provide fast, accurate, and exceptional guest service.
- Create positive guest experiences and “Hero Moments.”
- Accurately take guest orders and operate the POS/cash register system.
Food Preparation & Quality
- Prepare food according to Willy’s recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Ensure food is fresh, accurate, and properly portioned.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized prep and service areas.
Teamwork & Operations
- Support all areas of restaurant operations including prep, line service, dishwashing, cleaning, and restocking.
- Communicate effectively with managers and fellow team members.
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the shift.
- Assist the team in maintaining efficient restaurant operations.
Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and standards.
- Properly use restaurant equipment and cleaning supplies.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift.
- Ability to safely operate restaurant equipment including grills, fryers, and kitchen tools.
- Frequent hand washing and cleaning duties required.
