Content & Community Marketing Associate

We are looking for our first Content & Community Marketing Associate to develop and implement strategies to engage our audience and grow our community for LANDED. As a Content & Community Associate, you will create high-quality content, manage online community interactions, and coordinate event marketing efforts such as industry leadership conferences and webinars. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and utilize data to optimize performance. We seek someone with a bias for action and a successful track record in content and community marketing within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What will you be doing?
  • Support with the development and execution of the broader content strategy that aligns with our brand and business goals.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content  for our website, blog, paid acquisition campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence and online community by fostering relationships with customers, partners, and influencers.
  • Coordinate event marketing efforts such as industry leadership conferences and webinars.
  • Plan, promote, and manage logistics for webinars, ensuring high engagement and participation.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance and community engagement metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content and community efforts and educate the greater Marketing team.

What experience is required?
  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a B2B content and/or field marketing role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong research abilities to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interviews and collaboration.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for recruitment technology and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • You have extensive cross-functional marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, especially at a hyper-growth startup or within HR Tech industries.
  • You are familiar with the restaurant and hospitality industry and can empathize with common pain points faced by industry leaders.

  • You have successfully worked in a remote and distributed team.
