We are looking for a Demand Gen Lead to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and revenue for LANDED. As a Demand Gen Lead, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead and opportunity generation efforts while using data and analytics to measure and improve performance. This person will have a core focus on driving more top-of-funnel activities and pipeline.Â
You will also expand marketing operations efforts to include new KPIs and improved measurement of the metrics that drive our business’ success. We are seeking someone with a bias for action and a successful track record of executing and optimizing revenue marketing within a fast-paced, high-growth company.
What will you be doing?
- * Help manage demand generation efforts within Paid Social (LinkedIn), Paid Search, and other exploratory channels including, but not limited to, review sites, paid affiliates/listicles, lead buys, sponsored newsletters/podcasts/advertorials, content syndication, and more.
- * Constantly research new buys, websites, and categories to introduce LANDED on, test, and iterate off of.
- * Develop new paid inbound marketing strategies to help improve conversion rates and drive more sales-qualified opportunities from external sources. Research and identify levers and websites to drive qualified leads. Create testing frameworks to determine where we drive additional ROI.
- * Manage campaign budgets, analyze past programs, and report on performance KPIs.
- * Collaborate with our business intelligence team to create custom reports that aggregate multiple sources of analytics (LinkedIn, Search, Website, etc.).
- * Monitor website analytics and offer strategic advice on conversion optimization.
- * Educate the greater Marketing team on the latest paid trends and provide clear insights on performance and new areas to focus on to facilitate growth.
What experience is required?
- * 3+ years of experience in a demand gen role (comparable B2B/SaaS experience is preferable).
- * Highly knowledgeable and confident in different demand gen buys (CPL, CPC, etc.) alike with performance-based goals (CPSQO, ROAS, etc.) as well as demand gen publishers and operations.
- * Highly collaborative, as you will partner with growth, content, design, data analytics, andÂ
- marketing ops on a daily basis, as well as educate the broader organization on what works, why it works, and how we can scale.
- * Proven agility, flexibility, and autonomy in managing projects from conception to completion.
- * Creative and analytical, capable of testing, implementing, measuring, and consistently coming up with new ideas.
- * Data-driven and comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives.
- * An active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
- * Self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing org structures.
- * Native fluency in written and spoken English.
