We help restaurants and stores hire team members up to management roles using Instagram-story like video clips. Our clients include Applebee‘s, Chick-Fil-A, Taco Bell, Grocery Outlet, and more. Candidates are fundamental to the Landed marketplace. We’re looking for someone to oversee acquiring the best candidates for Landed to meet our clients‘ hiring demand. You will help us hit our lofty acquisition goals, oversee market launches, and develop and execute our cross-channel acquisition strategies while reporting directly to the head of marketing and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside Landed’s Head of Marketing and the Growth team to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
- Partner with Landed leadership to analyze data and build go-to-market strategies.
- Run demand testing experiments to gauge demand for new products, verticals, value props etc.
- Set and track KPIs across channels while driving meaningful and actionable insights to improve marketing efficiencies
- Work on reporting infrastructure and communications with key stakeholders.
- Present complex issues in elegant ways to a wide variety of audiences.
- Work with the design team to develop creative advertising assets and marketing messaging.
What You'll Have
- 1-4 years of experience working in Growth Marketing.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently and effectively in a results-oriented, efficient environment.
- Analytical approach to problem solving.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on tasks outside of your comfort zone.
- Obsessed to solve puzzles and never give up
- Computer Science or STEM background strongly preferred.
- SQL strongly preferred
