We're looking to hire an Associate Product Manager to supercharge LANDED's next phase of growth.

About the role
As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a direct role in shaping the strategic direction of our product, with a deep focus on Generative AI, Systems, and UI/UX. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. This role will touch unique AI applications, technical solutions architecture, integration strategies, and implementation of our SaaS product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Project Management:
    • Take ownership of the product lifecycle from conception to launch including ideation, coordination, stakeholder management, and measurement of product performance
    • Continually refine workflows, methodologies, and deployment processes to amplify efficiency and quality
    • Define, measure, and share the important critical metrics to measure the success
  • Enterprise-Level Implementations:
    • Manage and lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring system integrations are seamless, scalable, and align with client requirements
    • Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical guidance on SaaS solution configurations and integrations
    • Define and document integration requirements, working with both internal teams and external clients to design custom solutions as needed
  • System Integrations & Technical Architecture:
    • Lead the integration of our SaaS platform with client systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, calendar, job board, and other enterprise applications
    • Design, develop, and implement integration strategies that ensure data flow and system interoperability between platforms
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
  • Customer Discovery:
    • Engage in customer discovery, ensuring an accurate understanding of customer needs, challenges and expectations
    • Manage customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical queries
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions
    • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback and implementation challenges
    • Assist Sales and Customer Success teams with pre-sales activities and post-sales support, providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Product Ideation & Market Opportunity:
    • Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points and rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems
    • Capture and leverage customer feedback and implementation experiences to influence the product roadmap

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or consulting
  • 1+ years of experience successfully working with technical teams
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware solutions
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve technical challenges
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, databases)
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, security protocols, and compliance standards is a plus
