We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team and be the connective tissue between strategy, systems, and sales execution. This person will help streamline revenue processes, build and monitor data reporting infrastructure, and align go-to-market efforts to accelerate growth. You’ll be at the center of our sales engine—owning the analytics and tools that enable our GTM teams to scale effectively. This role is ideal for someone analytical, process-oriented, and hungry to drive impact across the business. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Strategy, and Product to ensure our revenue machine runs like a dream.

What You'll Do
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and processes across our revenue funnel (Marketing → Sales → Client Strategy)
  • Analyze pipeline trends and forecast performance to help us make informed strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue workflows, from lead routing to sales handoffs
  • Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates and sales velocity—and drive accountability across teams
  • Manage and optimize tools in our revenue tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Looker, Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Support weekly/monthly revenue meetings with insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations
  • Serve as the go-to for ad hoc data analyses and problem-solving across GTM teams
  • Help us scale by building and documenting processes, playbooks, and best practices
What We're Looking For
  • Have a bachelor‘s degree
  • At least 1 year of work experience
  • Prior experience in Revenue Operations, CRM management, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a Data/Strategy-focused role are a plus
  • Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail—you’re comfortable wrangling messy data
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Have high EQ and enjoys forming connections with customers
  • Can move quickly and adapt to ever-changing requirements in a high-pressure environment
We'd Especially Love To See
  • Experience with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker)
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and revenue tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you’re excited to build, test, learn, and iterate
